The Freak Village site is JavaScript heavy, so if your browser doesn't handle JavaScript or if you have your JavaScript turned off, you won't see some things. Make sure you turn JavaScript on. If your browser can't handle JavaScript, then see the info about browsers.

This site is best viewed with a version 4 browser or higher. That means Internet Explorer 4+ or Netscape Navigator 4+. If you are not using either of these you might not be able to see all the cool effects. You can download these both for free by going to these links:

I use both on one computer and have no problems. The Freak Village site hasn't been tested on other browsers, such as AOL, so I suggest you at least look at the page on Explorer or Navigator once and see if it looks different.

Internet Explorer will probably be best to view the Freak Village site. Some of the effects simply show up better on Explorer. As future versions of Navigator come out, the difference will probably lessen.
